It would have been nice if someone (anyone) from the service department had explained to me why I got stuck on a 90 degree evening with a dead battery less than a month after the car was serviced and I service department had explained to me why I got stuck on a 90 degree evening with a dead battery less than a month after the car was serviced and I was told the battery was fine. The battery was almost three years old but was the fourth one in that time period. The first three failed in the first six months of owning the car. Does Toyota really believe I will back in to buy another Toyota?? More

VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT ANGLE CONTACTED ME WITHOUT MIKES KNOWLEDGE. WHEN ANGEL CALLED ME ABOUT AN APPOINTMENT TO TRADE IN OUR CAR, I SAID TO HIM HOW NICE IT WAS OF HIM TO CALL ME FOR MIKE. WE WENT IN AND DE KNOWLEDGE. WHEN ANGEL CALLED ME ABOUT AN APPOINTMENT TO TRADE IN OUR CAR, I SAID TO HIM HOW NICE IT WAS OF HIM TO CALL ME FOR MIKE. WE WENT IN AND DELT WITH ANGEL THINKING HE WAS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH MIKE. MIKE CALLED ME FIRST AND I ASKED HIM TO CALL ME IN A FEW DAYS, SO WHEN ANGEL CALLED I ASSUMED HE WAS WORKING WITH MIKE AND SPLITTING THE COMMISSION. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF ANGLE, AND I HOPE THE COMMISSION ON MY SALE WAS SPLIT WITH MIKE. PLEASE MAKE SURE MR DELUCA SEES THIS. ADDITIONALLY, PLEASE UPDATE ME ON THIS ISSUE.
