Disappointed that dirty air filter was left in the car also left plastic and paper all over the seats. Did not wash the car after the service as requested. Their work is great but my wait time and labor costs were out of this world. Plus I was not told an estimated cost of each individual service. I had to ask. I was only given a total. I feel blessed to purchase a car from Deluca Toyota. I have purchased only Toyotas my entire life. I recently lost my RAV4 Hybrid in a home explosion. It was very difficult to find a car that would make I have purchased only Toyotas my entire life. I recently lost my RAV4 Hybrid in a home explosion. It was very difficult to find a car that would make me as comfortable as my Limited was. Working with Carlos Escobar was the best thing that happened during this difficult chapter in my life. He treated me with kindness, openness and truly wanted me to find that special car. He did above and beyond what most salespeople do. His years of experience truly shows. He helped me with the financial portion also so that I knew I was getting a fair and honest deal. I also worked earlier with Anaicha Greene and Jovani (Geo) Velasquez. They were top notched in getting me steered in the right direction. Mr. DeLuca should be very proud of these employees! More
