The only negative was financing as he was very pushy even when we said we were not getting any extras. More

Whenever I pass under the “Holiday” American ensign, I feel a sense of patriotism, validation and optimism. Thank you for that. On Saturday 05/28/2023, upon completion of scheduled service, I left the Ocala location, Deluca Toyota dealership/service department. I was apparently leaking oil following the filter/oil change performed during servicing. Sunday morning, at approximately 9AM I noticed my garage floor puddled with a large amount of brand new (clean) oil. I called the dealership but it is Sunday of Memorial Day weekend so the Service Department won’t be open until Tuesday morning. I inquired about a loaner vehicle, but “Brian” the Sales Manager respectfully told me to pound sand until Tuesday. It should be noted that my wife and I are Veterans. My wife is a Cold War U.S. Navy Veteran having served four years, retiring as a 30 year Montessori Early Childhood Educator.. I am a twenty two year Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. I retired as Gunnery Sergeant combat veteran having served in The Cold War, a brief period that we called peacetime, and hot war.. I am a 100% Disabled Veteran… With all that being said, neither my wife or I were able to venture out of our home on this, the only weekend devoted to remembering and memorializing our fallen brothers and sisters in arms. Why? Because your service department made a mistake, and your quality control was lacking. The question now is what do you, Mr. Frank Deluca, suggest that we do to move forward where the result is a satisfied customer who trusts your company? I will contact your offices Tuesday morning to discuss this matter and seek a resolution. GySgt Thomas Pinet USMC Ret More
