I asked the salesman if the truck had ever had any damage he said never, only to find out after i bought the truck it had a car fax. So I was lied to. I asked to be financed through Florida Credit Union he said never, only to find out after i bought the truck it had a car fax. So I was lied to. I asked to be financed through Florida Credit Union he financed me with pnc which was 7.1 only to find out that with my 838 credit score Florida Credit Union offered me 6.5. DeLuca Toyota is a fraud.The Sales Department are Frauds they wouldnt even print my paperwork out he gave me a flashdrive. As far as the service department I am very satisfied with them. but the sales departmet is sad the way the rip people off. More

Went there to check my tires air pressure for a long trip. Was told that I needed an alignment. Waited almost two hours. Was told car was just put on the lift. Finally, after waiting some more, I was to trip. Was told that I needed an alignment. Waited almost two hours. Was told car was just put on the lift. Finally, after waiting some more, I was told the car was ready and they recommended a new battery and also a tire rotation. Why rotate tires after doing a tire alignment? Wouldn't it be better to have rotated tires as part of alignment. After all of this, the car does not seem to handle as easy as it was to drive before I brought it in. Larry Ross Customer 122283 More
