My service light for scheduled service came on while I was near the shop so I decided to stop by without an appointment, to see if they could fit me in. Not only were they able to fit me it, but they had was near the shop so I decided to stop by without an appointment, to see if they could fit me in. Not only were they able to fit me it, but they had me on my way in under an hour. Great service as always! More

I would have rated Deluca a five, but the people who answer phones kept telling me my maintenance was no longer covered & I was stressing out over that. Mike Manley handled my bad attitude well & found answer phones kept telling me my maintenance was no longer covered & I was stressing out over that. Mike Manley handled my bad attitude well & found that my services were covered, plus service was finally able to find the source of a noise I have had investigated for over an year & have a plan to fix it.
