Deluca Toyota is the best dealership I have ever had service. I used to go to Leesburg but the management is horid. This was my first time at this dealership. I was scheduled for service on my 2016 RAV4. When I arrived I was greeted within a couple of minutes and taken directly to my service representative I was scheduled for service on my 2016 RAV4. When I arrived I was greeted within a couple of minutes and taken directly to my service representative Cristina. We went over the service to be accomplished and since I was a new customer she gave me a tour of the facility pointing out where everything was. The waiting area was very comfortable and my service was accomplished within a reasonable amount of time. While I was there I introduced myself to David Marchese, one of the sales persons and discussed some of my anticipated future requirements. More
