EXCELLENT all around service! I left the vehicle overnight for a transmission service and to have front and rear brakes replaced. The people I dealt with during this transaction was Austin (service) Richard (mechanic) Eric & Mark (Toyota shuttle service). Each and every person gave outstanding service. I have been coming to Deluca Toyota since 2001 and have never had a complaint. However, in my opinion, this business has improved into a first class operation. A company is as good as the people working for it, and Mr. Deluca should be extremely proud of his employees. They make him and Deluca Toyota shine. The service department provides a video of my vehicle’s inspection which is a nice touch. During this visit I was able to meet the technician that performed the service. This is a very nice dealership and collision center. I brought my Lexus to be repaired. Jen in the collision center is very nice and knowledgeable. Everyone you meet is very friendly.
