I had an auto butler appointment and work was performed on time. My Camry looks wonderful, but this time they forgot to wash the front wheels. Staff at service is terrific. Friendly and knowledgeable. Then I was visited by a salesman. I was not there to shop for a car and deeply resent the interruption as I was using Friendly and knowledgeable. Then I was visited by a salesman. I was not there to shop for a car and deeply resent the interruption as I was using MY time to complete a work project. If you want me as a future customer, please mark my file that I should never be approached by a sales person. Up until yesterday my transactions from original purchase has been excellent. Don’t remember name of salesperson since I threw his card away (office next to mr deluca). I don’t do business with anyone who openly exhibits their politics. More

Outside service car pickup was very cordial and nice. Christina was the same and checked me in promptly for the auto-butler. The time for the service was acceptable and not too long of a wait.
