Bailey was phenomenal! He took his time with no pressure. He checked on me even after the deal was done & car was mine. Now the person in finance I worked with I disliked b He took his time with no pressure. He checked on me even after the deal was done & car was mine. Now the person in finance I worked with I disliked but that’s part of the process I guess he did his job. I’m still happy with my RAV4 & would definitely go back for my next one but I will come better prepared for finance part. More

Went online and booked a service appointment for 3:30 PM, Dec. 30, 2022. The system informed me that my service advisor would be Dave Ferguson. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was informed they couldn Dec. 30, 2022. The system informed me that my service advisor would be Dave Ferguson. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was informed they couldn't find my appointment in their records and I would be treated as a walk-in, a three-hour wait. I declined. Wasted over an hour in travel to and from Deluca. Guess I need to find a Toyota dealer who wants my business. Could not be more disappointed... More
