Great salespeople and Internet Department but top management has gotten to greedy. I worked with Jerry Brigante and Neil Schneeweiss in the Internet department, also Kevin Cash and Mark Blackmon as management has gotten to greedy. I worked with Jerry Brigante and Neil Schneeweiss in the Internet department, also Kevin Cash and Mark Blackmon as sales people. All of these people were first class and made it a pleasure to do business with, as well as Adam Phelps in the Finance Department. There was only one person that was not professional and that was the main manager that wanted to squash my deal, he was the same manager that had to close my last deal with Deluca where I bought a 2017 Tundra. He walked by where I was sitting making negative comments twice, not sure if it was on purpose where I could hear, either way it was very unprofessional. In the end he approved my deal and I was able to buy my truck, he just wasn't happy with the amount of profit they were making as they are getting to used to the extra profit they are making in this low inventory market. Had it not been for him I would give this 5 stars and say it was the easiest smoothest transaction I have had in buying a vehicle. More
The sales team did a very good job but management did not. We waited for the car to come in. Christopher notified us on Tuesday afternoon that the car was in and we made an appointment to pick it up Fr not. We waited for the car to come in. We got a call from management on Thursday morning saying we needed to pick it up that day, that they had a 72 hour rule. We had to reschedule our other commitments even though 72 hours would actually have been on Friday. More
