Rude, Lying, and deceptive Husband bought used car from Deluca Toyota. Car only had one key. It was written into contract that 2nd key would be provided. Waited to pick up car. Husband bought used car from Deluca Toyota. Car only had one key. It was written into contract that 2nd key would be provided. Waited to pick up car. Received call that 2nd key was ready. The key that was given was only to open door, not start the car. Husband sat for 2 1/2 hours. Patronizing, passive-aggressive accusations from "sales manager" that my husband didn't pay this or that fee, and didn't deserve another key. Like my husband did something wrong! Lied that new cars only come with one key. (Called Ford dealer, LIE, they come with two) and Ford stated they had a key for the car, but the Toyota dealer said they "had another plan". Worse customer service I have ever seen. Liars and cheats, don't believe the billboards! Sales manager my a_ _. More

Internet sales staff are great! I dealt with Mark and Jerry and both were very easy to work with. I initially went to the dealership to purchase a used vehicle, but ended up walking I dealt with Mark and Jerry and both were very easy to work with. I initially went to the dealership to purchase a used vehicle, but ended up walking away with a new lease. The deal on the leased vehicle was better and I felt that actually getting a new vehicle over a used one would probably pay dividends down the road. When you buy used sometimes you just don't know how the vehicle was taken care of before and you at least know when you buy new that it should come without any flaws and will fall under a warranty of some kind. Jerry and Dave educated me as to the pros of the leased vehicle and in the end, as stated, I did go with the leased car. I felt comfortable working with both of these men and that is not something that I can say for all purchases I have made in the past at other dealerships. More

Auto Butler and service I have never felt as comfortable at a dealership as I do at Deluca. Every employee in every department makes me feel like I'm the only customer there.
