Plenty of entertainment while waiting and if I wanted a complimentary massage or pedicure, those services were available too. I thought I was in a Lexus Dealership the way I was treated. My service representative, Brie Cohen was exceptional, kept me updated on the service status of my Camry and got me out ahead of schedule! Complimentary car wash! Need to implement a quicker drop off service for people on their way to work for example if your contact information hasn't changed and you are dropping off for a simple scheduled service then you should be able to drop and go instead of waiting for the first person you see to write everything down and then take you inside to a service writer where you wait until they are available. the current process of a quick drop-off seems counterproductive at the moment.
