He maintained the high quality level of customer service we have come to expect at DeLuca. While we were there we checked with our sales person, Jackson Quisenberry, to see when we could start on changing out our lease that was due to expire in the next few months. After he talked to his supervisors it was agreed that we could turn car in and get a new lease. With the help of Gina, Jackson's assistant, and Mr. Caputo, in the Finance Dept., we were out of the dealership in about two hours in a new lease. This is our 4th sales transaction with DeLuca and all but the one with Mr. Napolitano were handled with high quality professionalism.
