We drove all the other brands, but wanted to save Toyota for last because we have been a Toyota owner for 12 years. My brother had bought a car from Jerry, and he referred us to him. Jerry insinuated that my brother had asked for a $100 referral if we bought a car there. (I called my brother when we left, he said Jerry told him there was a referral, but he never asked for any referral fee.) We drove the car we liked, then say down with Jerry Brigante to go over some numbers. We really had not planned on buying that day, but still listened to Jerry's pitch. When they did not come to the point where we thought a "great" deal could be had, we decided to go home for a couple days and think about it. At this point, Jerry threw his hands in the air and said, "I can't believe we spent all this time, and you are not going to buy a car." At this statement, I was done. In his defense, Jerry and his manager did come to my price, but by then I was done. Sadly, I am now no longer a Toyota owner. More

We were grateful for that space. We slept on it and came back and bought a new car. Mike the manager was instrumental in sealing the price deal. All staff was eager, yet polite. All was very nice experience. Victor was very good at explaining ,orienting us to our new vehicle. More
Trust your Toyota dealership ! I needed a part, but before special ordering, I was asked to bring it in to be sure the correct part was ordered. That's being careful! Highlander Update I wanted to update my 2007 Highlander Limited or actually wanted to look at a 2014 Highlander Limited model. I did not want to buy a 2014 this soon b I wanted to update my 2007 Highlander Limited or actually wanted to look at a 2014 Highlander Limited model. I did not want to buy a 2014 this soon but Steve McCoy made it easy to get a new 2014 Highlander Limited. He had the right Highlander I was looking for, the right color, the navigation option, etc., as well as the right price. I couldn't pass DeLuca Toyota's offer for this vehicle. Some other Toyota dealers could not get this vehicle with the options I wanted later in May or June or if I wanted set a special order, it would be later than that. More

High Pressure I came to Deluca Toyota because of a sales promotion that said " I had won a Toyota" Of course I had not, so we decided to Look at new Rav 4's. They I came to Deluca Toyota because of a sales promotion that said " I had won a Toyota" Of course I had not, so we decided to Look at new Rav 4's. They asked for the keys to my Honda Odyssey to give me a trade in price. The car was more than I wanted to spend (it was a cash sale) they then said they had a very good deal on a trade in of a 2013 Nissan Rogue, two salesmen started working on me. I did not like the Nissan from the moment I got into it. THe salesman said I would get used to it, I was only able to drive the car approximately 2 miles. I said three times that I didn't want the car. We were at the dealers for over 6 hours. We were hungry and wanted to leave. Even after I said I did not want the car the salesman snuck around the front of the showroom, took the plates off my Odyssey, etc, he then told me it was too late to change my mind. I told them I did not want to trade in the Odyssey, the two salesmen told me it would be too expensive for me to keep my Odyssey. I told them I just wanted to get out of there, they followed me and my husband outside and kept at us. I finally just gave in and bought the darn car. I have not been happy with it ever since. I went back to the dealer three times - each time because they called me and said "They wanted me to be happy" Well each time all they did was try to sell me a car for MORE money. We also tried to buy back our Odyssey, they now wanted twice the price they had given us. Then tried to sell me a 3 year old Odyssey with over 50,000 miles, trading my Nissan plus another $4400.00. Then when I wanted to buy a new Sienna which was advertised for a price I could afford, said that did not include all the extra's they had added etc. It was a totally basic stripped down van, that would have cost me another $7000. I just feel so totally ripped off! I am not happy with the Nissan but feel I have no choice but to drive it. I will never recommend Deluca to anyone. More
