Advisor was wonderful, but waiting time was a lot longer than normal-- a solid 2 hours. Also, driver's seat was lowered, which was fine, but I could not raise it again. Had to go there three times to get my parts installed. Even though Phil said he ordered my parts and told me they were there, they weren't there. Sales team is amazing Mike S is great always touches base. Service team not so much, I've had a few issues last visit I asked Jose if the car was washed he said yes but if it wasn't I could just tell th base.
