I brought my car almost 2 months ago & my check engine light came on 2 days after purchasing. Toyota says they can’t do anything about it because my car is under warranty at Hyundai BUT. We had a 12:30 appointment for a tire rotation and oil change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to tra change. I was told it would take about an hour. When we arrived we were told more like 2 hours. IT TOOK 3 1/2 HOURS! Then we got the HARD SELL to trade in our car which we told him right from the start was NOT going to happen. I had to get really rude with the salesperson and order him to walk away! Hopefully the new owner can get this shoddy service department straightened out. More

Advisor was wonderful, but waiting time was a lot longer than normal-- a solid 2 hours. Also, driver's seat was lowered, which was fine, but I could not raise it again.
