In my 3 years going for service maintenance to Toyota De Luca I was never told about the perks I get while waiting like, free manicure (which I did), shuttles, etc. The administration are very fortunate to have Cynthia Lebron in their team. She made me feel even more valued as a client. Bravo! More
Have always liked coming here. Waited 3 1/2 hours for service. When I was finally called to check out the young man outside was flagged to get my Rav for me and I literally waited another 10 minutes while he did mundane routine chores. I was most definitely NOT a priority for any type of service. Left quite angry More
My first time at DeLuca. I will come again as I felt that overall my appointment went well. Only disappointment was the wait time. I have never been at a car service appointment for over 3 hours. Otherwise, personal were professional and facility is very nice. I never received the texts for recommended services. I had to locate the service person to find out what was happening after 2 hours of waiting. I really can't rate the quality of the work at this time since it has only been one day since my vehicle was serviced. I assume all will be fine. Thanks David More

Made appointment a week ago for recall 23V-720 and arrived at Deluca at 8AM on 06-18-24 as scheduled. After waiting hour and a half was told they did not have the parts and I would have to return. arrived at Deluca at 8AM on 06-18-24 as scheduled. When I asked service rep Bradshaw why I wasn't told when making the appointment he stated unknown things can happen. I told him I could believe that if I was there for diagnostic check for unknown condition but not for a factory recall. He just shrugged his shoulders and handed me the invoice. I left message on Christian Deluca's voice mail yesterday to discuss it , but he never returned my call. Think I'll go to Phillips next time. More
