The car window was left open overnight leading to stains on the driver side window. The initial pick up I noticed issue with the seat belt hold clip being loose which was not how it was before dropping off. on the driver side window. I have been a loyal Toyota customer at Deluca for 14 years. The new waiting area is so nice. . Staff are helpful, wait times are clearly updated.
