My air conditioning is working 50-80% of the time. My normal mechanic said he could not identify the problem unless I bring it in when it was not working. I called Deluca's service and was told I could get a diagnostic (there would be a charge) and they would definitely be able to identify my problem, even if it was working. (This was not Bryan, it was a different tech.) I ended up cancelling that appointment and called back for a new appointment at a later time. Well it took over an hour to tell me all systems were operating properly. They however had several suggested items that had nothing to do with the AC. They recently had an update to their phone system. I ended up being disconnected and other problems. Guess that should have been a warning of what was to come. More
