Service advisor didn't say a word to me only had me sign paperwork to send me off. Didn't check to see if I had any questions or anything didn't even introduce himself. In my opinion Mr Deluca did a spectacular job of helping with and satisfying our needs. The delivery itself might have lacked a little.
