Purchased a new Rav4 hybrid and the sales person, Tony, did a great job. Found the wait time between agreeing to purchase and actually seeing the finance manager to be rather lengthy. I would have liked more time to go over all the "how to" information. I need to go back to have side moldings and brake plus put in and hoping there will be more time to go over how to set up and use on screen items like SiriusXM. While I can arrow up and down to find stations, there must be a faster, safer set up to easily be able to change stations while driving. I traded in a 2016 Prius and that was fairly simple and different than the Rav4. I'm us to getting 66 mph on my Prius and hoping that I can improve upon the expected mileage for the Rav4 Hybrid. It is definitely a beautiful vehicle with a softer ride than the Prius, love the ruby red color. I would recommend others to visit and purchase from Deluca in the future. Can't comment on service dept since I have not used their services as of yet. More

I contacted the dealership over a week ago to have a recall item serviced on my 2020 Toyota. I arrived 15 minutes early and was escorted to the waiting area. 90 minutes later I was advised my car was recall item serviced on my 2020 Toyota. I arrived 15 minutes early and was escorted to the waiting area. 90 minutes later I was advised my car was ready. When I went to the desk, I was told that the parts necessary to address my recall had been ordered and should be in in a couple days. I was told my car had been washed and it was still dirty. I wasted an hour and a half and now I have to return to have the service. Very disappointed. More
