I Scheduled an Appointment to replace a key fob and no key fobs in stock. I was there 2 weeks prior for auto butler and discussed warranty and replacement, called and communicated that when I made the ap key fobs in stock. I love an hour away, took off work and had to return the following day. I was provided an rental but still had to take more time off work for their scheduling error. Extremely frustrating! More

My first experience with DeLuca service dept. was excellent. My vehicle was due for an oil change, tire rotation and I had gotten a re-call notice and that issue was addressed and corrected as w was excellent.
