My service representative was courteous and knowledgeable. My car was done on time. However, i waited in line to pay and was ignored by the young cashiers until another woman showed up asked if knowledgeable. My car was done on time. The lady at the service center that handled the paperwork was nice but the app took 3 hours to complete I even showed up 15 min early for my appointment at 2:30 and they didn't start working on my vehicle un was nice but the app took 3 hours to complete I even showed up 15 min early for my appointment at 2:30 and they didn't start working on my vehicle until 3:30 5:30 rolls around and I get a text that the service is done. Had tire replacement and alignment service shouldn't be 3 hours More

I’ve always felt good about having my car serviced by Deluca until this visit. They tried to sell me brakes and rotors that were not necessary at the current time. They told me it was urgent and that I n Deluca until this visit. They tried to sell me brakes and rotors that were not necessary at the current time. They told me it was urgent and that I needed new brakes and rotors immediately. Fortunately, I had the sense to have someone else look at them. That someone else said that the brakes were still fine and would last me at least u til my next oil change. Shame on you DeLuca. You just lost a very loyal customer. More
