My service advisor was very good. No pressure and informed me of what should be done at 60,000 miles. She kept me in the know the whole time, even though I left to go back to work. My drop off and pick up were on time. All this and I had called at 12:30 same day to drop off at 1:30! Oil Change and Front Brakes!! More

My service advisor, Byron, was great. He kept me in the loop during the service wait and then explained everything in detail and noted what was critical and what was not urgent. Can not trust your mechanics. I believe the TRD plate from my 2021 Tundra 1794 was removed from my truck, last year during oil change and not reinstalled. Someone in the shop sho I believe the TRD plate from my 2021 Tundra 1794 was removed from my truck, last year during oil change and not reinstalled. Someone in the shop should know what happened. I just noticed it las week. I do not drive my truck much and do not park overnight anywhere but my garage. I request an investigation of what happened with my TRD engine plate. More
