Overall acceptable, but I think that there were not enough service advisers and the one I had was overwhelmed. Deluca Toyota in Ocala Florida is my preferred dealer and service center. I just recently had to bring my car into service because it would not start. They diagnosed the problem as a dead batter and repla service center. I just recently had to bring my car into service because it would not start. They drove me home and picked me up (first time I've ever done that) and I was very happy with that service. Have been going here for approximately 10 years. This was the poorest service I have received. Byron was supposed to be my service tech, but was too busy or not interested in my service.
