This is the first time I have ever given it less than 5 star but this visit was different. When I usually came in for routine service I would only be there about 60 to 70 minutes. After one hour I was call star but this visit was different. When I usually came in for routine service I would only be there about 60 to 70 minutes. After one hour I was called and told that the (only) two year old battery failed and I needed a new one. I should have asked and I should have been told how long that would take. After being there two and a half hours i went to the person who signed me in and she was not at her desk but the man there went to find out. After he was gone for awhile I went to ask someone else and saw my car sitting outside where we drive in and nothing was being done to it! Why was I waiting then? Eventually the man came back and I paid over $100 dollars and left. But this man never explained the wait nor apologized. I have been so used to pleasant service department personnel and this was the first time I never got a friendly greeting or given a name of the service personnel. More

Overall acceptable, but I think that there were not enough service advisers and the one I had was overwhelmed. Deluca Toyota in Ocala Florida is my preferred dealer and service center. I just recently had to bring my car into service because it would not start. They diagnosed the problem as a dead batter and repla service center. I just recently had to bring my car into service because it would not start. They diagnosed the problem as a dead batter and replaced it as well as giving me up to date maintenance service. They drove me home and picked me up (first time I've ever done that) and I was very happy with that service. Both drivers (Mike and Mark) were pleasant and easy to talk too, both from and back to the dealership. Highly recommend DeLuca Toyota. More

Have been going here for approximately 10 years. This was the poorest service I have received. Byron was supposed to be my service tech, but was too busy or not interested in my service. Recieved service from another tech, not friendly at all. I was charged $175 for a diagnosis on my TPMS which i feel is excessive. Sat there for 3 hrs to get an alignment. Will have to think about where my next service will be performed More
