Service is always great. ..Always appreciate the clean car, but once again the interior windows were awful. Unfortunately it's not noticed until the drive home and the sun shines on them. It's like they are cleaned with a dirty rag that leaves a horrible film on them. This is on all the windows but mostly on the windshield. I mentioned this the last time the car was serviced and mentioned it the day it was serviced this time. Not sure what they are using, but whatever it is needs to be corrected. But again...everything else was great. Thank you! More
The young man that took my initial information had the personality of a rock and was either deaf or just chose to ignore my question. The young lady that he took me too was polite but at the end when she came out to speak with us. Said the mechanic recommended several services which totaled about 650 dollars. Half of which would be covered upon our next visit on our extended coverage. I don’t appreciate someone trying to sell me something that is covered. I could have easily not been paying attention. Is this something that is encouraged? Why would she not take care of us? When she asked me would I like to get these done. I responded no and would have told her some of these should be covered. She just snatched the paperwork away and walked off. Someone else checked us out. I didn’t see her again and will not use her again. We have 2 Toyota’s and truthfully we paid a lot of money as everyone does. We have had good services done at your department however I must say my wife and I were speechless when we left. More
We arrived 15 minutes before aptmt time, vehicle was admitted promptly and we were ushered to Layla. She welcomed us, and since we were waiting on-site, she assured us she would be notifying us. She mentioned a service planned but I was not financially prepared for that service, so it was deleted. We were notified, and shown, that our vehicle's battery was low, and advised our wait time would be just a bit longer. Our entire time at DeLuca was approximately 90 minutes, a reasonable time. We had some breakfast provided by the "cafeteria" on site. Our vehicle was washed, was protected inside by seat cover and floor mat. Well done. Jerry & Lynne Buell <>< More
