The service at DeLuca is always great as well as their customer service. However, the wait time is outrageous. I understand that sometimes they're backed up, but to wait 3 hours for an oil change was a bi customer service. However, the wait time is outrageous. I made an appointment on line and had a confirmation but there as a computer issue and my appointment wasn't on the list. Took me anyway, took care of a difficult repair, estimated to take 6-7 hours. Electrical system repaired and out right at six hours. I was kept updated and the waiting area is as comfortable as one could be. I had a appointment at 2:30 for a oil change and noticed that the car was not pulled in until 3:30, I also saw people come after me and finished up and let before my car was pulled in. Toyota Deluca is like a second home to me. Service is always excellent. The staff, on every level, is always friendly and courteous and yet professional. First time using Deluca Toyota to service my car but it was a great experience. Byron Bradshaw at Service department was very friendly and helpful. Once onsite, Byron went through the details and comparisons of the maintenance works needed on my car, and provided me pragmatic suggestions as the bill was big. After knowing some miscommunication of the original quoting, he tried his best to make it reasonable. The waiting area at Deluca was comfortable and there's an on-site lunch bar. The shuttle service they have is super helpful, and their text messaging system worked very effectively and the update was very timely. Most staff there seems professional and polite. Overall I had a good experience using Deluca for my Toyota, and would recommend. More

The vehicle repair went smoothly and was completed in a timely fashion. The “pick-up” after the repair was a nightmare. I was notified 3 times that ride was on the way and provided a pick-up time.
