Had a 12:30 appt for oil change , was told when I arrived that the wait would be about 2 hours !! I understand Sat is a very busy day so why overbook appointments and make people wait hours ( 2 hrs and 20 mi that the wait would be about 2 hours !! I understand Sat is a very busy day so why overbook appointments and make people wait hours ( 2 hrs and 20 minutes ! ) So not make appointments that you do not actually have , tell people upfront that it is a walk in and wait situation and let them decide . What a waste of a Sat afternoon.😡 The only bright spot was the service advisor Cynthia Lebron who I think was doing the work of 2 advisors the absolute best she could !! Also the Cafe was CLOSED on a jam packed Saturday. I couldn’t even get food during my ridiculous wait ! Why ?? More
I took my vehicle to have it repaired and painted and returned it on multiple occasions. At first the color was not the right one, then the finish looks like it has stripes. Made an appointment for an oil change, still had to wait 2 hours. Not sure why it take a “professional” mechanic that long to do an oil change. I was thankful that the dealership could do my oil change as a walk-in. Took about an hour which I was fine with. All people that dealt with me were great. Would have given 5 stars if it hadn’t been over $10 as a walk-in. Took about an hour which I was fine with. All people that dealt with me were great.
