I brought my car in because of noise in the front end and driving poorly. The noise was because they didn't tighten the lug nuts at my previous appointment when they rotated the tires. I sat there for 2 hours at which point they said they would drive me home. Got almost home when they called and had tightened the lug nuts. Problem fixed! Told the driver to turn around. It took 2 1/2 hours for them to even look at the car. One afternoon wasted. More

It was great service. Only issue was price variance. I approved the request along with the service manage. The price came out to 6615.00. I asked him if that is with tax. He said another yes. This was the determining factor on getting all services offered. When I received the completed invoice to my surprise it was 6985.00. A small variance but not the amount I trusted to see based upon our conversation. More

I bought 3 RAV's at Deluca's, and for a Toyota I would not change dealer. For this service I made an appointment with Mrs. Heather Fornino and she immediately told me about a special on tires, since my ti not change dealer. For this service I made an appointment with Mrs. Heather Fornino and she immediately told me about a special on tires, since my tires dates were expired ( I know that tires also have an expiring date which is stated on the tire) , I decided to buy 3 tires and get the 4th free. My "tire low press" light was also on dispite the fact that all had the correct press of 32psi. It resulted that all sensors were shortened, and I had to change them. So my service and new tires, balancing and new sensors was done. Now I have peace of mind on the road. The price was a little on the high side though. But better to be safe than sorry. Heather is an excellent service advisor. Thank you Heather. More
