Dropped my Corolla off at 0730. Was told I would get a call in an hour or two to let me know what needed to be done. At one pm, I called and was transferred three times. Ended up leaving a VM for Jesus, my service rep assigned to me. Never heard back, had to call again. Finally got through to him and he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. 45 minutes later, I had to call back again at which time I was told what services needed to be done and that they had done no work yet. By the time they were finished with my car it was almost 3 pm. Jesus s said it was the new system. I call it dropping the ball and not keeping track of the orders. I think it is a fault in the whole system, but also feel that people are not doing their job very well. More
