I brought my vehicle for oil. After it was done, the services writer came back to me with the paperwork. I noticed on the paperwork, they had the miles as 4,000.00. My vehicle ha After it was done, the services writer came back to me with the paperwork. I noticed on the paperwork, they had the miles as 4,000.00. My vehicle has 5,100 miles on it. I pointed out to the service writer. Then she showed me the over examination of the vehicle report and it was written that the brakes were bad. She also question that since the vehicle only has 4,000 miles. She took the paperwork back and returned with the correct version of the paperwork. I question the person that wrote down the wrong miles and the mechanic that checked my vehicle and put down the wrong information. Was the mechanic trying to make more money for the company by putting down the wrong information so that I would have pay for new brakes that was not need? Maybe I should go to another dealership that has responsible mechanic that do the work and don’t put remarks on paper that is wrong. More
