Ive been getting maintenance done at Toyota since my first car at 16. I am now 28. In Arizona, the dealership was amazing and why I stayed loyal to Toyota. When I first moved here, I had the same representative the first few times and it wasn’t a great experience. I thought maybe only the Arizona Toyota locations are good. However, this last time was the best experience in a Florida Toyota dealership. Joe was amazing and professional and got me in and out quickly while thoroughly answering my questions. People like that are what keep customers loyal. I hope Joe stays with Toyota and other employees follow his lead on professionalism. More

Dealership dramatically over-books service appointments, totally disregarding customer's time. Waited THREE hours for a tire rotation before being told it would take FOUR hours to complete.
