Jesus was very good, I would give him a 5 star rating. I was not happy to hear that the lifetime oil change (platinum) was only good where I bought my Highlander in Oregon. I was then approached by Timothy Maxey about trading my 2021 Highlander in for a new RAV4; I have to rethink getting another Toyota product over the issue of the purchase of the Platinum level of service and not getting it at any Toyota dealership.
