Dealership dramatically over-books service appointments, totally disregarding customer's time. Waited THREE hours for a tire rotation before being told it would take FOUR hours to complete. Had an appt, vehicle was not even touched for close to two hours, ( which as it turns out is pretty normal as my wife has made me take her car in each time the last four times and the wait time has only g two hours, ( which as it turns out is pretty normal as my wife has made me take her car in each time the last four times and the wait time has only grown not gotten better). I know for a fact the tech did NOT take my tires off and look at them, ( it had a violent shake), even after I told him my older son put some liquid rubber in there and I suspected it was off balance… tech said he pulled it off and found we needed all new arms and shocks, lost was given for over 5k dollars in parts, plus an additional number of hours in labor. I went to tire rack/pep boy and ordered new tire. They installed it on suspected tire and balance was returned and perfect and they said there was None, or ZERO signs of wear in the parts Toyota said I had to order that day. Keep in mind they wanted to keep my wife’s care over the weekend and into the following week without a loaner, so yeah the place has som shady crap going on! More
This was the 3rd visit to get a warranty key fob.
