Service apt scheduled at 830AM. (Oil change and tire rot). Appt took 2-1/2 hours. No updates until I asked 1-1/2 hours in. Tire valve stem caps missing. When walking around showroom floor couple salesmen were standing around and using crude language - there was at least one young boy in showroom with parent/grandparent. Have already spoken to service manager regarding concerns. No follow up necessary. On a positive note, I was engaged in conversation with sales associate “Carlos”. He was professional/ courteous and provided significant information on Grand Highlander versus Hylander which will be used as we consider our next purchase. More
