We were not pleased that they could not find our Fob when work was completed. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting for them to find out they had given our Fob to someone else and they would have work was completed. Unhappy ending to an otherwise good day as your driver Mark brought us back and forth to The Villages. He was a pleasure to be with and should be commended for his friendly personality, Also asked them to install a vanity plate to the front of our vehicle and it was not completed. Worst customer service EVER! I will never go back. Wasted my whole morning. I was in waiting room but they only sent me text which they did not reply to and email but when I call I will never go back. Wasted my whole morning.
