I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and had an appointment. 2 hours and 45 minutes later I could finally get in my car after reminding someone to get it and go home. When I looked at the charges I was curious if the labor included the inspection of my auto that included a number of services, recommended for my car that totaled over $1600. When I questioned the advisor I gleaned the fact that it wasn’t actually inspected but based on the mileage of my vehicle. Really! I actually got the car October, 2012 from DeLuca and had most of my service done there. However, 5/30/2023 is the last time I set foot in that dealership. There have been little annoyances in the past, but yesterday was the final one. More
I was busy trying to get work done while waiting on my (only two year old) vehicle to be serviced. I was approached by someone who said I needed to speak with a "specialist" about my vehicle. After packing up my things and logging off work, I learned that "specialist" happened to be someone trying to upsell me on a new vehicle. The dealership really should be more honest and upfront when approaching people simply waiting on their vehicles being serviced. This is not the way to sell someone a new car. More
