Brought my '21 Highlander Limited in for an oil change and auto butler. My vehicle has 15k miles and is well within the warranty period. I asked them to also adjust my headlights down a tad due to the f and auto butler. My vehicle has 15k miles and is well within the warranty period. I asked them to also adjust my headlights down a tad due to the fact that I get flashed a couple of times each time I drive while it's dark out. They told me that it would cost over $200 to adjust and that this wasn't part of my bumper-to-bumper warranty. I asked them the last time my vehicle was brought in for service to adjust the headlights. They told me when I picked up the vehicle that the head lights didn't need adjusting. My headlights are in the oncoming vehicles drivers face and it has been this way since I purchased brand new. I'm not asking them to adjust something that I tried to do myself. This doesn't seem like a big deal to anyone else but it is to me and it's frustrating that i spent $55k on my vehicle, not to mention that I have purchased over 6 cars from this same dealership in the past. This is NOT good customer service and I am now going to trade this vehicle and purchase a new Ford Explorer. Your loss Toyota. Thanks for nothing! One other issue I had was when I picked up the car, it took them over 30 minutes to locate the keys. They ended up being in the shop in the work area of the technician in the that worked on my vehicle. Unreal! More
