On 5/15/23, I had new tires put on my Camry & requested Byron Bradshaw to put the date the tires were manufactured on the finalized paperwork. When Toyota's driver returned me to the dealership, Byron had Byron Bradshaw to put the date the tires were manufactured on the finalized paperwork. When Toyota's driver returned me to the dealership, Byron had left for the day. No date of the tires were on the paperwork. I left callbacks for him on 5/16 & 5/17. He has not returned my calls . Not happy with the way the tires were installed. Grease footprint on the inside of my car. Woman at checkout desk was harried. Tossed the bill @ me. The check-in guy misspelled my first name. In the past, have had better experiences @ this dealership. Things are slipping. I'd like the manager or someone to contact me with the date the new tires were manufactured. More
I've been a customer of Deluca for many years. My latest experuence with them is the worse and is still ongoing. I brought my "89 Camry in on 5/4/23 for an a/c check, replace both headlights and a My latest experuence with them is the worse and is still ongoing. I brought my "89 Camry in on 5/4/23 for an a/c check, replace both headlights and an oil change. I picked up the car on 5/5/23 and paid my bill; $400 labor on the a/c and $120 labor on the heahlights.. Heading home I noticed the a/c was not cooling so I returned back and left the car so they could again work on the a/c.. They had my car for 11 days and I finally got it back on 5/16/23. The air seems to be working now but I was charged another $400 for labor on the a/c plus cost for parts.When I got home from Deluca I noticed that my headlights were not working so now I have to go back and get vthem checked out. Not looking forward to that. More
