Was there today for a part replacement, rear tail light assembly for a 2021 Highlander Platinum. Service from the initial contact was good. Part had to be ordered (Wednesday), she said the part would be th assembly for a 2021 Highlander Platinum. Service from the initial contact was good. Part had to be ordered (Wednesday), she said the part would be there Thursday and it could be installed in less than an hour on Friday morning. Everything worked exactly like she said. The problem is with THIS "Dealer Rater" program. Whether I'm at Deluca to buy a car (I have), there for service (5 times), there for the collision center (twice) - this program only asks you to "Rate People You Worked With" in the "Sales Dept" and it doesn't let you change or identify between sales, service, parts, cashier, collision center etc. This program is doing a diservice to all except those who work in sales. I arrived 30 minutes early and my assigned service advisor, Bob, had not yet arrived, so I was given to Austin M. , who promptly asked that we wait in the lobby and he would come get us. He never came to get us. Twice I walked by and he was with no customers and playing on his phone. Finally, Bob came and did a great job getting the service we requested. More
