i really disliked this service. i had a problem with my backup camera and called them to request an appointment to fix it but the person who answered the phone didn't want to take t i had a problem with my backup camera and called them to request an appointment to fix it but the person who answered the phone didn't want to take the appointment and kept telling me to go into the settings in the car and do it myself, but i told him i tried but it didn't work and finally he gave me an appointment for wednesday 10am, but when i come for my appointment my name wasn't on the appointment list More
