This was my first time at this dealership. I was scheduled for service on my 2016 RAV4. When I arrived I was greeted within a couple of minutes and taken directly to my service representative I was scheduled for service on my 2016 RAV4. When I arrived I was greeted within a couple of minutes and taken directly to my service representative Cristina. We went over the service to be accomplished and since I was a new customer she gave me a tour of the facility pointing out where everything was. The waiting area was very comfortable and my service was accomplished within a reasonable amount of time. While I was there I introduced myself to David Marchese, one of the sales persons and discussed some of my anticipated future requirements. More

I had my car towed to the collision department after it was rearended. Michelle Davis, Collision Center Coordinator, was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done to file the insurance paperwork an was rearended.
