This was my first time at this dealership. I was scheduled for service on my 2016 RAV4. When I arrived I was greeted within a couple of minutes and taken directly to my service representative I was scheduled for service on my 2016 RAV4. We went over the service to be accomplished and since I was a new customer she gave me a tour of the facility pointing out where everything was. The waiting area was very comfortable and my service was accomplished within a reasonable amount of time.
