I had an appointment scheduled for oil change. I was greeted immediately after driving up to the service lane. A young gentleman helped me and escorted me to service advisors area. He was thorough and explained everything thouroughly. I knew how much it was going to be and what technicians were going to do. He told me I had about a 90 minute wait which I thought was long but Casey came and got me in an hour. I was very surprised and happy. I stepped outside and immediately helped by 2 gentlemen to get my car. It was washed and looked great. The waiting area is very clean and seats are spacious. I like that this dealership serves lunch and that there is phone charging stations available. More

Went online and booked a service appointment for 3:30 PM, Dec. 30, 2022. The system informed me that my service advisor would be Dave Ferguson. I arrived about 10 minutes early and was informed they couldn't find my appointment in their records and I would be treated as a walk-in, a three-hour wait. I declined.
