I always have problems trying to make an appointment for service. I tried to call several times but was left on hold. I left a message with Victoria but never received a call back. I was going to go to 5 Mi service. I tried to call several times but was left on hold. I left a message with Victoria but never received a call back. I was going to go to 5 Minute Oil Change as I’ve had to do in the past, but tried about the 5th time and finally someone picked up the phone. It was agreed I’d come by to drop off my car at 8:30am on Saturday. When I showed up, they didn’t have a record of me bringing my can in for an oil change. They had me check in with Jesus and everting was good from there. More

Very good service experience. They are vey honest was told I needed a new battery and that would cost 350$ is said okay to replace it. I was turned over to a recently hired service assistant who was remarkable in explaining ALL the info that applied to 3 issues I presented to her.
