When I checked in for our 6 month service I was told the service tech would find us when work was finished. Instead they called which went to our home land line , not our cell. She said they called us. We lost an hour or more due to this screw up. The service tech should have found us as she state at check in. Our customer service person was fantastic however, the mechanics did not leave the car as found. The cover over the spare tire in the back was not put back and just thrown haphazardly in back.
