As usual, DeLuca is at the top of their game. From the staff that greets you to examine your vehicle for service, to the service advisor, Heather Fornino, to the women that made my lunch. They all seem to be happy, smile, and know how to give exceptional customer service. They are not afraid to smile and have a little personality! It is very refreshing as the public can be quite tough to deal with. I would likely not switch from Lexus/Toyota to another car maker but if I ever did, I would still take the vehicle to DeLuca for service. That's how impressive they are. I waited for my vehicle to be while it was being serviced and I actually had to remind myself that I was at a car dealership. A great experience! More
