Everyone was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the experience. I was told to go to Gainesville, as they were better. I did, but I was not impressed by them, so I left and came to Ocala. Was At service desk at about 8:15 am to check in with Heather. Was sitting in lobby until 12:15, she never told me what was going on. I had to go to her to find it wasn"t my brakes.
