I brought my truck in for an oil change, tire rotation and allignment. Work was completed as requested in a fairly timely manner considering I didn't have an appointment. Here's my problem. The paperwork noted that I had some irregular tire wear and that I turned down an allignment. That's not true. An allignment was neither suggested to me or offered. Because it has oversized wheels and tires I had taken it to another shop several weeks ago and had an allignment done. I would have turned down the service because of this, but I don't like that being put on my paperwork when it WAS NOT offered or suggested. More
