The technician was not thorough in their inspection as stated on the report I received. The tire pressure was listed at 30 psi, but afterwards a Service assist retested The tires and they were now 35 psi. stated on the report I received. Initially, I was told Since my tires had nitrogen, they would not be able to fill them if they were low As they did not carry nitrogen And a different tire was required for air versus nitrogen.. Therefore, I did not know if my tires had lost nitrogen Or the pressure gauge was faulty. I spoke with the technicians manager who understood my concerns. and reinspected the more important part, and found the cabin air filter had not been cleaned as it still had leaves and debris in the filter.. The Service assistant called me back the next day to advise me. The technician had filled my tires with air since they were low. So apparently you can mix nitrogen with air in the same tire. Although I had never been to this dealer I went for an oil change and tire rotation. But No explanation of the expenses was explained to me when I received the bill. I would’ve thought sn explanation of the inspection report would have been reviewed with me. More
