Absolute worst service I have seen in over 35 years of owning cars. From not actually doing all the things they said they do doing oil changes, from scratching my fender and having to repaint it twice and owning cars. My experience with the manager of the service department has been very unpleasant. I wonder if there is somebody to read these surveys or just a formality , Next time when I come for service of my car I would know if you read this or not and if I find out that nobody has read this I will neve ever do any thing to do with your surveys, Whoever has designed this survey must not know that not every customer has anything to do with sales and sales department employee. Was told a 21 point diagnostic would cost $175 but any work that I decided to do through Deluca, it would be rolled into that cost. I was called by the service manager who told me I needed my brake pads d work that I decided to do through Deluca, it would be rolled into that cost. I was called by the service manager who told me I needed my brake pads done and both cv axels in the front. I told him we’d get the brakes done but my husband would replace the axels. He actually laughed and said yeah okay sounds good. Mean while I had called 3 other mechanics even a mobile mechanic that could have done the axels for $750, Deluca was quoting me $1200. So the service manager laughs at me for doing the work that he is scamming people over. I then go to pick my truck up and they have charged me for the diagnostic although I had gotten work done there. I had let my service advisor Heather know and she told me she didn’t write it up, that the service manager did. She acted as if she was not the one who told me the $175 diagnostic fee would be rolled in. She ended up taking it off. The whole place is a scam but that’s nothing new with Deluca Toyota. More
