Like everyone else they are short staffed in the service department. Like I told the service manager just be honest with customers. If it’s 1,5 to 2 hrs tell customers when they arrive. Their appts are available without delay, they are all pleasant and helpful. They estimate your time when car will be ready pretty accurately. The primary reason for my rating is the quality of service I received from Steve. He can engage and complete his work at the same time! The last time I was there, Dave just complained about ‘just walk service I received from Steve. He can engage and complete his work at the same time! The last time I was there, Dave just complained about ‘just walking in and getting bombarded with work’ or something to that effect. He appeared annoyed. Steve was definitely customer-centric. More
